After office hours, no. of staff reduces, and so our speed
Candidates and their representative reached there on Saturday and some on Friday
For 5-6 days they are there and know only first preference which you too know within minutes

if staff is not supporting at needhours then hell with them. BIG 4 are there na............... tell their staff to do..as such they dominate in industry then make use of them na............let d staff of the icai comes to know that without them also institute can work better.
ReplyDeletebig 4 staff has harassed voters by calling, sending SMSs and other services of their boss(es), now you expect they shount the votes. ha ha ha hah..............
ReplyDeleteAppoximately 26600 votes are there for RC and CC. counting started on 19/20. today is 23. still result is nt known for RC. I really thank god a lot that ICAI not handling Counting VOtes for D country else 100% next election dateS might haVE DECLARED.......RIGHT?.........hahahhaaaaaaaaa

i think institute should take the help of those pepole who counts in general election
ReplyDeleteThis sixth pay has acted as thorn in neck of institute for much long now, it has enabled a medium in hands of few to enable them manipulate staff for their cruel means, and dispute between payroled and contracted employees is just adding to the bitter taste. Wel, our institute has a good strength of human resource, some very grey patches excluded, but the class of observers rightfully argues that the class of employees get pay that even qualified CA are not being able to get, maybe its time institute looks towards captive consumption of human resourse. It will definately make difference.
