more candidates are in fray from Pune. Vijay Chhallani, Sarvesh Joshi,
Vijaykant Kulkarni, Satyanarayan Mundada and Ashok Pagariya. Dilip Apte is in?
Of course he has an edge due to being a sitting member, provided some loss in
Pune is recovered by additional gain in Mumbai.
For the other seats, in my opinion, Sarvesh Joshi is the strong
candidate for regional council followed by Ashok Pagariya.
