Instructions regarding e-payment of Tribunal fees
The CBDT has through this order informed Advocates/Chartered accountant/Authorised representatives and the assessees that in respect of e-payment of Tribunal fees the
respective e-payment challans should be counter signed by the concerned bank manager or attested by the authorized Representatives or assessees themselves, else the tribunal fees shall not be treated valid.
