Where Poll Pundits went wrong

There are certain assumptions where poll pundits couldn't realise the reality on the ground and went wrong:

  1. SB Zavare was projected to secure maximum 1700 votes which went awfully wrong as Zavare turned out to be real Shivaji and conquered entire Maharashtra except Mumbai.
  2. The second surprise was Jay Chhaira. This fair skinned young man proved to be a dark horse whom no one expected to be even in first fifteen.
  3. Nihar Jambusaria was also under estimated as no one placed is projections beyond 1700 looking at his dismal performance in last elections. Poll pundits missed out his ability to link Borivali with industry via Reliance.

Ashwin.. Nothing that much surprising as both Zawre and Jay are coaching class runners and most of the young CAs who are by degree CAs believe that but without these SIRS, they could not have became CAs. And big such chunk voted and worked for SIRS. Council and profession are heading more towards business rather profession.
