ReplyDeleteElimination of sitting council member like Anil Bhandari it is a big lesson that mere good personality and speech isn't enough to get votes. You need to be in touch with your supporters constantly. You have to pickup the call and resolve the issues of members. You just cannot approach your voters after a gap of 3 years. Big big lesson.
