As 3 candidates got elected by elimination and stands above quota of 4131 and the surplus numbers needs to be distributed to tally our Balance Sheet. Remember we are CAs and keep all records perfectly howsoever complex it may be.
Now distribution of excess from there candidates who just crossed quota will further prolong process and wait for few desperate and borderline candidates will increase. The increase in adrenaline and anxiety has one more day before culmination.
