NIRC: Opening of Ballot Boxes begins..

For NIRC, the opening of postal ballots and ballot boxes started. So the mandate comes out of boxes today. The first count will be available by tomorrow only. Today only statistical exercise and tallying of the votes with ballot boxes. 

 Prolonging the wait.... Long way to go....
