NIRC: Central Council Final result. Two sitting council members lost

And here is the final result of the Central Council. While elimination of Vinoj Jain completes, the ranking may change, but the winners remains the same.

Pankaj Tyagee and Vinod Jain, two sitting Central Council members lost the elections and couldn't make it again to the council.
