Shweta loosing by 3 votes to Lalit

After final distribution of Mahesh and surplus distribution of Drushti who crosses quota, Shweta is at 1118 and Lalit at 1122.  Nail biting and too close. Just 3.24 votes difference. Bad luck for Shweta.
