FYI-General Amnesty Scheme for retrospective Restoration of Membership
With a view to remove the hardship of such members whose name stood removed  due to non-payment of membership fee, the Council has decided that such members be given an opportunity under the General Amnesty Scheme as one time dispensation for retrospective restoration of name keeping membership in continuity.An ANNOUNCEMENT regarding the scheme has already been hosted on our website icai.org Accordingly, such members may apply for restoration of their name retrospectively, irrespective of the period of such removal on payment of applicable membership fee  for the intervening year(s), along with Form ‘9’ and the restoration fee of Rs. 1200/-.
