No TAN for immovable property purchase

Finance Bill 2013 amendment: No need for buyer to obtain TAN to deduct tax from payment made for purchasing immovable property of more than 50 lacs.

    Does it mean PAN will be used for deposit of TDS

    how the TDS deducted shall be deposited in govt. account without TAN .???

    Notification issued by CBDT on 30/05/2013 regarding procedure for TDS deduction/payment/TDS certificate etc.
