Dear Mr. Ashwin & other CouncilMembers,Wow, Finance Bill is passed and we at Institute level could not convince the Finance Minister not to withdraw exemption of non-specified service, are we not strong enough to represent our case strongly, why there is no loud protest by the Institute , why ther is inequality in law, why only CAs have been asked to charge S.Tax on I.T. & VAt practice Bills ? when similar services are rendered by STPs, Lawyers and other are tax free , naturally clients would run away from CAs to such non-qualified people, should we simply be happy with having status/title as CA... with no voice over finnance ministry interaction ?
