WIRC progress for Regional Council

Now the RCM battle reaching in the interesting stage. The tough fight for the Mumbaikars who are neck to neck and still out of first 22. each elimination is capable for making or breaking them. Looking at the current trends, it looks like:

• Ashok Jain can be Shrinivas Joshi of regional council. His progress on the subsequent elimination doesn't look very encouraging. 
• Subodh Kedia's from Ahmedabad, fate is sealed and I don't see any further chance now. It is only a matter of time academic interest that at what stage he gets eliminated, but eliminations is for sure. His only hope is Surat candidate elimination of Harekrushna, but I doubt he can give him much as Hardik Shah will take everything from him. So it is a sad exit for him. He is the second sitting RCM who is in danger. He is a hard working and very energetic follow who contributed a lot to Ahmadabad branch and WIRC.
• Surprisingly many sitting RCM are still struggling after lots of eliminations. This doesn't happen so often. Following are still not in confident position and struggling every inch towards their gate way of BKC.

Congratulations to all, here is the final list of Central Council members

All happened as predicted and on expected line. Votes from Durgesh Kabra made the final decision that it is Dhiraj and Anil Bhandari in the council. The Mumbai magic worked. But we can't blame it. If Parag could get to this level despite another fellow Amdavadi was already on top 5, it was only because of Amdavad magic.So local factor do impacts all elections.

Let us admire spectacular performance by Parag Raval. he hold his 6th position till the end. He got a very good number of votes and support from the members. He was on the verge of making history to give two CMM from Ahmedabad. Hard luck Parag, no worries next time..

Nagpur couldn't make it. Only representation from Ahmedabad, Pune, Surat and Mumbai. 8 CCM from Mumbai.

Though still elimination of Julfesh Shah is pending and theoritically it is still possible that Parag get votes and get into the final list, but it is not going to happen unless he gets 500 votes from Julfesh Shah.

CCM: Here few points I want to make about few people

Here few points I want to make about few people:

• Glad to have the well deserved candidate N C Hegde in council. Despite getting lots of first preference votes, he couldn't make it last time. Very happy and glad to see him in Central Council and my heartiest congratulations!!

• Shrinivas Joshi was the only sitting central council member who lost the election. He is an excellent person and a sincere contributor. Hard luck for him. But let's recognize his contribution to the profession .

• Prafulla Chhajed has proved again a man of masses and mufasil. He started from 12th place with 1665 votes and he has doubled his votes from second and subsequent preferences. And that from everywhere. And that proves his reach accross the region. Many congratulations to Prafulla. I worked with him as vice chairman when he was a chairman of WIRC.

• Dhinal Shah was the candidate for whom nobody had any shred of doubt about his electoral results. A thorough gentleman, easily accessible to all. And very simple person.

Now I am boarding from Dubai

I am boarding from Dubai so next post once land in Mumbai. Then early morning Ahmedabad. Was in client meeting and couldn't get time to look and see at RCM tally so far.

Dhiraj or Anil OR Both?

• So now we can see things on the expected lines. The million dollar question is now whether Dhiraj and Anil both can make it or only one of them? And if ONLY one of them then who?

• Hope followers of Julfesh would have reckoned by now with the fact that he is no more in the race. It is matter of time only. But the most interesting thing is when he is eliminated what he does with these three gentlemen, Dhiraj, Anil and Parag?
• The moment Durgesh Kabra is eliminated, one of my dear friends with whom I worked in regional council, Dhiraj and Anil Bhandari will push Julfesh below them. so the next elimination will of of Julfesh and not of Anil. Parag may by this time move to 11th position.
• If Durgesh Kabra gives more than 250 votes each to Dhiraj and Anil, in that case Parag can move to 12th position with elimination of Durgesh and in that scenario, game over and council is decided.
• If Parag hold on his 10th or 11th position, in that case Julfesh become the deciding factor. Whomsoever out of these three competitions he gives the least vote, he will be the sufferer.So Game is still open.

Two out of Three

Looks like the CCM battle is in final stage. Two out of three. Rest all seem to have settled. Unfortunately I see the exit of my dear friend Julfesh Shah from Nagpur. Things as it looks like at this stage, all the 9 candidates are already settled and for rest of two sets these three candidates are in competition. :

• Parag Raval
• Dhiraj Khandelwal
• Ani Bhandari

All the best to all of them.

After Shrinivas Mangesh jumped up

So the Mumbai magic finally started working,. I told you. Mangesh Kinare is now jumped to 6th place. Nihar and Tarun Ghia too has taken over and now Parag is down to 9th place.  Still 8000 Mumbai votes to be distributed on elimination, 6000 if it is Julfesh to be eliminated.

Now turn of Sanjeev Lalan to be eliminated. And you will see Nihar and tarun Gia getting lots of votes from him. And other Mumbai fellow friends Prafulla Chhajed, Dhiraj and Anil Bhandari too will get votes in hundreds. That point of time you will see Julfesh at 11 or 12th. 

Durgesh Kabra elimination will decide fate of Parag that where he stands after that. he may stand at no. 11 and get in, or may be Anil Bhandari and Dhiraj Khandelwal can make him out of the fray.
