AP High Court Stay Order-Recovery of Demand dues

The High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh has granted an interim stay against  Circular No.  967/01/2013 – CX, Dated 1^st January, 2013 issued by the CBEC, seeking the recovery of confirmed demand during pendency of stay application.
