    how excess ? Total vote 26689 is divided by 11 = 2426 + 1 = 2427 (where as she got only 2329).
    Update this one.

    Dear The counting is to be done as:
    Total vote 26689 is to be divided by (11+1) = 2224 whereas she got 2329
